An opportunity to find out how we can support your fibre project through a free 30-minute online, in-person or telephone session, at an allocated time to suit you, with a member of our business support team and a fibre expert. They can advise you of the options available to get the best end product from your fleece sample and will guide you through your own unique farm to yarn or farm to garment/finished product journey.
A Follow Up Familiarisation Visit
Once your fibre plan is in place and confirmed, we can show you around the mill so that you can see first hand how we process the raw fleece/fibre and transform it into a range of luxury end products. This provides a chance to meet members of the mill team who may be handling your fibre as well as our customer facing office/admin support team including the business development manager, Beki and office manager, Kamila.
A Discount on Your First Order
We offer a 5% introductory discount on our processing costs (excludes set up charges, and additional services that you request such as carriage, photography/filming or NFC sack hire) when you place your first order with us and secure your place on our waiting list.

Important – MOQ Information
Our MOQ (minimum order quantity) is based on our sourcing/processing 25kg of raw fleece (minimum required for woollen spinning) for you, which will produce 15kg of finished yarn, enough for c.15 knitwear garments/jumpers, depending upon your chosen design and sizes. We work on the basis of 600g to 1Kg of finished yarn per sweater, as an indication only.
