We’ve created our own limited edition yarns from our mill by-products.
These products have been designed as a result of our sample testing and new product development and fibre research activities, often recycling and reusing some of our mill waste and undervalued wool.
- Llama and Leicester Longwool Yarn
We have a special batch of Llama and Leicester Longwool blend in 2 fold Aran as well as a standard Aran. Both batches were woollen spun and finished in 50g balls. Please note that the Llama fibre has not been dehaired.

- Guanaco and Leicester Longwool Yarn
We have blended Guanaco fibre with 50% Leicester Longwool and the resulting yarn has been woollen spun to a standard 4-ply and DK, finished in 50g balls. Please note that the Guanaco fibre has not been dehaired. Guanacos are a South American breed related to camels, as are vicunas, llamas, and alpacas, and are known for the fine and soft texture of their fleece. - Flocked Off Yarn

- Ewe-Nique Yarn
Ewe-Nique is a beautiful worsted spun 100% pure Merino yarn, spun in our mill. This is a one-off NFC yarn that has been worsted spun to 20nm. We have plied twice to create a fine cobweb yarn, and 4 times to create a 4 fold, laceweight yarn. Our Ewe-Nique yarn has been finished in 50g hand twisted hanks.
