NFC Features in New Film About Cornish Gansey

We are thrilled to be featured in a new film ‘Cast Out With Love’ by filmmaker Greg Dennis. Written and produced by Lauren Williams for Falmouth Art Gallery, this beautifully created 4-minute production is The Poetic Reconstruction of a Cornish Gansey, from Sheep to Sea.
Earlier this year we were approached by Lauren who wished to visit the mill to carry out some filming in our mill for the project and we were delighted to be able to help. The film follows the entire journey from sheep to sea and shows the dedication and skilled craftsmanship involved in sheep shearing, fleece processing, yarn dyeing, Gansey knitting and fishing.
