The success of the mill since its relocation to Cornwall in 2005 is partly because of the relationships we have developed with customers.
We talk to everyone and no commission spinning order is processed without our finding out what kind of yarn you want and whether the fleece you have makes that possible.
While it probably won't be necessary to talk to our on-line shopping customers about buying individual balls of wool, we intend to continue this philosophy and are very happy to discuss the suitability, availability and sizes of our products with customers.
